Supercharger Clean

I recently replaced the intake gasket on my 98 gtp. It turned out that the brilliant guys in orange gave me the wrong valve cover gaskets so i had a few days before i could reassemble the sc/tb. After i cleaned the plenum gasket off the s/c i looked inside and saw a piece of gasket chip on one of the rotors out of reach. This scared me and i ended up taking the snout off to get inside. I have the rotors out and wonder what chemical would be safe to wipe out the grime with. I was planning on just using brake cleaner and a clean rag but i figured i'd ask the helpful people here just in case. I heard somewhere that the rotors are teflon coated and so maybe some chemicals would be a bad idea? Has anyone ever done this before that might have some helpful ideas? Any helpful response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Use throttle body cleaner. It is not as strong as brake cleaner and will not damage the internal parts of the supercharger. Allow it to dry thoroughly before reassembly.
