Welcome to AF!

The brake lights all work on the same circuit. Check the lights for bad sockets and bulbs. You may have to remove the lights to check for corrosion as they will sometimes lose contact and not work. Also get a volt meter and check to see if there is any voltage at the lamps. A bad ground wire can also cause issues with lights. Hope this helps.

I agree with Lynn. You need to check the 12v at the lamp sockets and also the ground. If present then back track. In a worse case scenario you may have bad contacts in the hazard/warning and multifunction switch at the steering column. The 12v for the brake lamps just happens to go through those components. For some reason the high mounted brake light does not.

It's most likely the multifunction/turnsignal switch assembly since your third brakelight works.
