Not what you want to hear but, a Chiltons or Haynes manual would be the best $15-20 investment you could make. It will pay you big dividends in the future. Too cheap to invest? Try Allpar.com

I have a manual.......somewhere...but with a recent move cannot locate it. As you know it'll turn up as soon as I buy a new one!!!
