I have a 97 Thunderbird. Its a few years old and has some miles on it but starts every time with no trouble. All minor accesories still work just fine. The only problem that started and I have no idea how to fix is that the Radiator Fan no longer spins. I check the connections and it is fine. The connector pins in the plug are clean and do not look fouled. I traced the wiring through the engine and it was completely fine. If anyone has any ideas as to my next option I'd appreciate it. I need to know if I need a new fan motor or it if it might possibly be somthing simple.

Your stat is reading fine? Or is it reading cold? if its reading a little on the cold side the stat MIGHT be stuck open. Although Im not sure at what temp the fan turns on at and how well the cooling would work without it. It may also be the temperature sensor. If it doesnt think the motor is hot enough then the fan wont turn on. Those are my only 2 thoughts with the information provided. You can try to pull the plug on the motor and use either a light buld with wires on it or a voltmeter to see if you get 12 volts at all to the motor.
