'99 GP. Replaced the struts and springs and now the front passenger side rides a half an inch lower than the other three. Anyone know whats up with that? Would that be causing the car to pull to the right?

How many miles on your GP?
Were they done DIY or by a shop? Was an alignment performed? The alignment should always be verified whenever struts and/or springs are changed out.
BTW - A 1/2 inch isn't that much. Maybe it will settle out after a while.

A whole lotta miles ~ 189,000. I did the work, followed by a quick trip to the alignment shop. At that point it was determined that in order to align the rear wheels the strut-to-knuckle holes would need to be widened. Pulled the rears, widened the holes, and had aligned to within specs.
I have checked the spring compression rate (within 1/16th of each other) and am certain that the springs are aligned/installed correctly.
Is it possible that part of the subframe is warped? I did not notice this sag before the upgrade but not to say it wasn't there. Upon visual inspection, there are no noticeable defects in the frame.
Currently at ~ 500 miles on new springs/struts.

The subframe is quite sturdy. It will take accident or impact damage to bend it.
