Where is the oil sending unit located on my sebring lx 2001?

Where is the oil sending unit located on my sebring lx 2001? Above and to the left of the oil filter. Its under a heat shield thats held on by 3 bolts. You can change it yourself if up on jacks or ramps or lift, If your handy and patient. The 3 bolts are about 3/4 inch long and tight all the way out. I just replaced one, took about 2.5 hours.
