brake problems on 96 buick rivera

When I step on the brake pedal air is released.
When I here it is when I start the car and when
Iam stopping it does it aswell. Need help to fix this.

i dont understand the problem, are you having problems breaking? the break system doesnt work off of air its pressurized fluids so the air you hear is either the break fluid, a vac. leak, or the sound of the pedel traveling to the floor. first of all check the break fluid, if its full then start the car and stand on the break pedel, if it continues to go all the way to the floor then you may have a leak. how many miles on your riviera and when's the last time the pads were changed?
