:banghead: hi i was wondering which rods i should go with h or i for a turbo application. i am planning to run 14.7psi (1bar) would both be able to do the job or is there a significant differance between the two.

I don't think it really matters. Some manufacturers, such as Eagle only makes H. Manley only makes I, Crower makes both... They are all rated for turbo application. Whatever floats your boat at a resonable cost, IMO.

I beams are inherently stronger.....they're more expensive too......
