Supercharge Belt and Idler Pulley replacement

I own a 96 buick riv sc and one pulley went as so did the front belt. The idler pulley that went was the one sitting next to the engine mount. I know you have to remove the engine mount but I am having difficultly doing so. Does anyone know how to remove the engine mount?
