What do you mean, "no fun"? The water pump on my 1998 T&C 3.8 was easy. Remove the belt, Unbolt 5 bolts. Remove the pump. Install the new pump with gasket. Bolt up the 5 bolts. Put the belt back on and top off the coolant. The same applies for the 3.3. Now, if you have a 3.0, the water pump is internal and driven off the timing belt. Replacement in a 3.0 is a big job.

I have a 94' GV with the 3.3......I got to it by pulling the right front wheel and going through the wheel well.....easy job once you get the inside wheel well liner out....
