I have a leak somewhere in my power steering system but cant find it. I have replaced the pump, pressure hose, and return hose. It leaks a TON but I cant find any trace on the outside.

Check the gearbox or rack, not sure which you have.

How much is a lot of fluid? When you replaced the pump and hoses, did you bleed the system? Have you raised the front end and looked for the leak while the truck is running and someone is slowly turning the wheel lock to lock? You can try dusting the connection areas with talcum powder and see if the powder gets wet.
If your truck has a power steering rack, check the boots. When a rack leaks it fills up the boots with fluid.
