I've had this exhaust for about 4 years and absolutely loved it. I thougt rust would not be a problem, since I don't live up North where the roads get salted, but it will rust out from the inside. Just letting anyone and everyone know so you won't waste your money...

Heard that before about the Pacesetter... Flowmaster makes all stainless in all of the 30 through 80 series systems now, plus they make stainless round straight-through mufflers now too for sport compacts and other tight-space cars, not to mention the existing 30-series flowmaster cat-back for the Neon.

yeap, the 2 main byproducts of combustion are carbon dioxide & water...

soo, unless you got a stainless-steel system, your gonna see rust inside as well as outside... but that's after 4 years???

well, my HKS system started showing signs of internal rust after ~7 years...

but that's after 4 years??? It started to rust after 2, but finally fell off after about 4. I took a chance with it and got burned, oh well, stainless exhaust here I come :grinyes:
