i have a 98 neon and i just got some windshield washer fluid things with lights in them. it says to connect the wires for the lights to the parking light wires, but i don't know where to find thoe correct wiring and i dont want to screw anything up.. can anyone help?

Make sure they are not Blue lights, in most states blue is reserved for law enforcement and fire command. Displaying blue LEDS can land you a ticket and sometimes an impound.
You can attach a wire tap at the front marker lights. If you use a wire tap then you won't need to splice anything.

Please don't put those on your car, I personally can't stand those.

But if you must, just look at the wiring to your parking lights and tap or splice into them. I'd recommend using butt connectors.
