Fan Always Onszigatti 04-14-2006, 01:01 PM I drive a 94 lx wgn auto. i noticed my rad fan is always on when the engine is running from the moment its turned over to the time it stops. I checked the relay with voltmeter and 9volt battery and it switches fine also checked the fuses and there all good to. If i take the relay out and start the car i get no fan at all but as soon as the relay is put in it starts the fan. If anyone can offer some help it would be much appreciated. Thanks. jeffescortlx 04-14-2006, 05:05 PM Is your A/C turned on? szigatti 04-14-2006, 06:02 PM nope. i do know that the ac will kick on the fan. But the termo switch? Thats the one in the rail under the intake hoising right. How would i go abouts testing that one then? Thanks again mightymoose_22 04-15-2006, 11:52 AM Yes... and the switch you want is the one closest to the thermostat. If it is bad or is unplugged, or bad wires... fan will be on. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
