I am planning on replacing the rotors on my 2004 impala SS. Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the caliper bolts and lug nuts? Your help is appreciated.
Thanks

Nick

Lug nuts 100, caliper bolts or caliper support bracket?

its just called the caliper bracket, and its 133 ft/lbs, I know cuz I took mine off yesterday.

but here they all are.

front caliper bolts - 70 ft/lbs
front caliper bracket bolts - 133 ft/lbs
front brake hose bolt (banjo bolt) - 40 ft/lbs

Double check on the caliper bolts can't see that small bolt at 70psi, I never tightened them past 35-40.

trust me I have every single service manual from 98 - 05 for GM cars, it is 70 ft/lbs... not psi.

here is the page for it.

Yup you are right, just got lazy and inattentive on the psi note for the torques settings, my bad.
