Air Conditioning Squeel

1997 Passport, 165,000 miles. Recently when starting cold I have had a 2-3 second squeel from under the hood. I inspected the belts which were worn and replaced them all. Problem continued Started getting hot here in Phoenix and turned on the AC which prompted a 2-3 second squeel. Each time the compressor cycles I have a squeel.
