I HAVE A SUPPOSED TO BE JDM GSR HEAD,BUT WE TOOK IT APART AFTER BENDING THE VALVES,{ALL THE EXAUST/2INTAKE},AND I NOTICED THAT IT HAD DUAL VALVESPRINGS ON THE INTAKE SIDE,THIS ENGINE WAS SHIPPED FROM JAPAN AND WENT RIGHT IN THE CAR,NOTHING WAS ADDED BUT
BOLT-ONS.I THOUGHT THAT ONLY TYPE-R HAD THE DUAL VALVE SPRINGS, NOT GSR.I AM NEW TO THE HONDA WORLD STILL BUT I AM LEARNING FAST.BUT THIS ONE NOBODY SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO ANSWER.IS THERE MAYBE A SITE THAT YOUB COULD GO ON AND TYPE IN SERIAL #S OR SOMETHING.OR IS THERE ANYONE WHO KNOWS THE ANSWER????

THANKS. OR EMAIL AT BNZNIP@AOL.COM

There should be a code stamped onto the head. Something like PR3.

Yup it's the SiR-G (jdm GS-R) head. I believe the ITR head shares the same # as the B16a; PR3.
