OK. so i have the shifter dash off, the plastic thing under my steering wheel removed, and that screw taken out... and i pull on it and it does not budge, i don't want to break anything. are there any other screws that i am missing? please help. URGENT!

Yes, there is another lone screw to the right of the steering wheel.

if you are taking out the radio.. before you remove the trim panel around the radio .. below the steering wheel . that lower panel has to come off. there is one more screw behind it..gl
