I finally got my SC. It really stands for Super Coupe, but I call it Super Charged.... anyways..

It was my last day off before I worked again. I didnt feel like doing much tonight, besides get some rest, although I wanted to go out and drive my new love. My mom mentioned how I should go get some new shoes. Good idea. She comes. Bad idea...

Its around 8:20 going down I360, 2 lanes, each direction. No traffic behind, or infront. I decide to cruise in 5th at 55. I glance in my Auto Dim rearview mirror, and notice some Xenon lights commin up. I check over my shoulder, and notice the reverse glow gauges. Its a newer.. 4th gen Prelude SH. Lowered, with ground effects, and a muffler. Its actually a nice looking car. No A-Pillar gauges.. most likely no boost. No monster tach.. not a ricer. He glides past me doin about 65. Without saying a word I gradually acclerate and match the SH. I look over to see if my Cardinal Red Bird has attraced this guys attentions. Its a negative. My turn is comming up to go home, when the light turns yellow. I explain that I'll get off at the next turn to my mom. She says "why?" .. "oh.. i dunno.."

Light changes to green, and I slip the clutch, and get a jump. I guess I got the guys attention.. maybe. He catches up, and paces me.... and paces me... I figure hes not game, so I put it in 4th gear, and start to take off (we were doin about 40) when I hear the VTEC kick in.I see the SH rocket by.. "SHIT!" I didnt get a chance to downshift, so I just planted my foot in it in 4th gear. The tiny ass throttle body opens wide alloing the cool night air to enter the Roots type blower. The gauge immediately goes from 15PSI of Vac to 12PSI of Boost. The car manages to regain its RPM's and start reeling in the SH. My passenger.... "NO, NO, NO, JESUS!" I ignore the warrent completely blinded by the ahead silver rocket. I keep my foot in it, by now I'm somewhere north of 4 Grand in 4th gear, and glance at the speedo, which appears to just be a tick over 110. I then hear "NO MORE!" so I slow down, giving the victory to the Prelude, and watch them dissapear into the night. I was reeling in the Prelude, before I slowed down, with about 2 car lengths to go.

Well. I know if I had kept in it, mr VTEC would have lost.. but alas.. we're bound to run into each other again.. :evillol:

Immagine my mom in the Z, much less with me racing it. She went in the T/A once...about shat herself and I was driving extremly mellow...just the car scared her...she said it sounded like I was goin 60 in the 30....when cars were passing me like woa :rolleyes:

Try not to race with your mom in the car. No reason to endanger her life with yours. Go to the track. I'm sure you can find plenty of Preludes there to kill.
