is this related? clutch feels fine but there is a huge grinding noise when trying to get it into reverse and 1, 2 & 4 almost require two hands to force them into gear! a girl here.. help!!

Does pumping the clutch pedal make a difference?
Are the bushings worn in the clutch fork? Clutch pedal?
Have you checked the fluid level in the clutch master?
