BLOW OFF VALVE hoserock0134 02-28-2006, 10:57 PM I have a 1 g bov and i was trying to put the little hose back on that goes to the top part of it but it kept ripping and would not go on... so i made a little extension to connect the hose and the part of the blow off valve.. Im wondering if this is okay to do without causing a problem, it is running normal but i just want to make sure that it isnt completely necessary to have hte hose completely on the part of the bov.. blk_srt 02-28-2006, 11:08 PM it needs to seal, if it does then your ok Thor06 02-28-2006, 11:10 PM Just for clarification, are you talking about the dump tube or the vac hose? blk_srt 02-28-2006, 11:12 PM either way, cant have any leaks scottsee 02-28-2006, 11:40 PM I bought a little chrome plated J pipe from home depot, cut it, and use that & connected it to my dump tube ...
