abs failure is relatively common on the sc. unfortunately for you, the abs pump assembly is a high dollar item.my friend had an sc which experienced failure of the abs pump, i converted it to conventional brakes for him. all was well for him for over a year, but he finally sold that car. have you tried replacing the pump actuator? usually this goes out first before the actual pump.

My 91 SC had this problem about 2 years ago. It turned out to be a relay .... Which one of the relays did you replace. There are two small relays located near the firewall on the pass side (under the hood between the firewall and the shock tower) only one of them is for the ABS. It's gray if memory serves me correctly.

my friend who was an sc nut at the time did some research until he finally found the needed info over at sccoa.com. i just did the dirty work. although i remember the basics, you would be better off in searching their forums.
