Just bought 2k 740il w/114k on it. It 'jumps' - but only 60% of the time - when shifting from 2nd to 3rd (in reg auto mode) and 'jerks' slightly in downshift from 2nd to first when nearing a stop. Seems to happen much less in 'sport' mode.

Question: Anyone have a good idea whether this is a big or small problem? Thanks.
