Twilight system problem, 97

The automatic lights worked good when I first got this 97 but now it's manuel only. It seemed to slowly get more sensitive to street lights until now it don't come on at all. Would it just be the photo cell and how would you replace (and find) it

Photo cell is in an opening in the dash top, some twi sentinel modules have sensitivity adjustments.
