Jake Mr. Luos 02-18-2006, 09:40 AM Yup...the only one I have considered. MidwayAvenue 02-18-2006, 09:59 AM just too bad they don't make the ws9 outlaw hood anymore...thats why i'm going to have to settle with the regular ws9 hood..shown on the link bellow...do u like this one..?? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/WS9-hood-for-98-02-Firebird-LS1-V6-U-S-Exotics-original_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33646QQitemZ80 39477874QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW bronxblaza117 02-18-2006, 03:04 PM wats the difference between a WS9 firebid and a WS6firebird? Mr. Luos 02-18-2006, 03:14 PM wats the difference between a WS9 firebid and a WS6firebird? There is no actual WS9 Firebird. WS.6 are the 'Ram Air' cars. I know WS6 is an RPO code, and I to believe WS9 is also an RPO code. RPO code = option level for a vehicle. WS6 = Performance package, special WS9 = Model conversion, Formula You can search for RPO codes here... http://www.s10blazers.com/rpo_codes.htm importeater38 02-22-2006, 01:17 AM I was looking at the suncaost hood for my 98 trans am online..and in its details it says it has heat extractors....but in the picstures i couldnt tell where they were located on the hood..just wandering does anyone know where??? on suncoast hoods the heat extractors are hidden. They are actually in the back of the hood, one under each raised "cowl" if u will. They are only visable from inside the car. Formyla 02-23-2006, 10:55 PM US Exotics made a Firehawk look alike but it did not require the center badge like the Hawk hood does. I called to get one but the mold had been broken and they wernt going to make anymore..... hummmm..... NineEightxFirebird 02-24-2006, 12:39 AM can someone tell me what the WS's stand for? importeater38 02-24-2006, 02:14 AM can someone tell me what the WS's stand for? its an option code. WS doesn't stand for anything...coulda been any letters. ws6 and ws9 were different option packages on v8 f-bodies. ls1bird 10-11-2007, 03:12 AM i was actually looking for the "ws9" when i found the "ws9 outlaw" at http://vfnfiberglass.com does anyone know where to find the "ws9" http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/ws9top.jpghttp://www.vfnfiberglass.com/ws9bot.jpg blindeyed 10-11-2007, 09:37 AM ls1bird..
