Hi, I'm having problems with the condenser fan it doen't turn on. I need a wirring diag because I don't have ground on the fan conector.

Are you sure it doesn't turn on? They hardly ever come on; that's probably why Nissan stopped putting them in starting with 2001 models. The condensor fan in my 2000 has only come on 3 or 4 times in 6 years and 112K miles and only when the truck was idling in hot weather for extended periods with teh A/C on.

Thanks for the advise Chuckh! I live in Puerto Rico and it's hot here that's why I think it should be turning on from time to time. You know where I could find on the net the wiring diagram.
