1995 e-150 van sounds like a rod knock

i just bought this van and a changed the oil and know it sounds like a rod knock but only when it is cold after it warms up u cant hear it as bad it has great oil pressure and the noise dont get louder when u drive it what can it be i replaced the knock sensor if any one could help i would greatly appreciate it thanks

it sounds like a little piston slap.
