Water in floorboard & No vent/floor airflowoneyellowducky 02-05-2006, 09:30 PM I have a 2001 Ford Taurus SES. It rained or should I say stormed yesterday I noticed there was water dripping from under the glove compartment onto the passenger floorboard. Two days prior the blower stopped working. I could have it on air, heat or defrost but there was no air flowing out of the vents, floor or dash. It did not make a difference how high I turned up the blower there was still no airflow. Someone told me that I might have a blockage in the lines but I have yet to find where it might located. Then I was told that the water would have caused a fuse to pop. I went and checked the fuses and I haven't found one that blew. TaurusKing 02-05-2006, 09:42 PM Take a look back thru the topics, I think others have had this problem, I think it has something to do with the cabin air filter housing maybe funneling water into the car and corroding a lot of electrical stuff in the process.. I'm sure others on here know more. Of course yours may be entirely unrelated, but it could be a start. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
