hazzard flashers do not come on when hazzard switch is on.
the switch is a push on push off in the center top of my steering column and controls nothing else.
turn signals work when hazzard switch is off (expected)

used a fluke to check fuse and switch, both seem good.
is there a seperate "flashing unit" different than for the turn signal?
ideas?

I had a similar situation but my wiper spray didnt work either. I replaced the whole multi-function switch (which includes the hazard light switch) and it fixed ALL the problems. They come up on Ebay every now and then fairly cheap if you can wait to but it if not expect to pay about $100 for a Ford Replacement.

One "Flasher" controls turn and hazard lights. You could always get the multi function switch at a junkyard if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Rough layout of MFS. With the hazard switch turned on, 4 to 11, 6 to 2, 5, 8, 10 should have continuity. This is for a '97 but I would think a '95 would be the same. Ask you dealer if the switches are the same.
