Pulley Replacement

Does anyone have any advise (short of running to a saab mechanic) on how to deal with replacing the bolts on the tensioner and idler pulley? There is no room to get to them between the pulley and the firewall. HELP!

what kind of car are you dealing with? what year? what engine? details please!
