My sistr took her 1999 Buick Regal in the the local dealer because the dims quit working. She said when it happened she thought she smelled something burning. Anyway the dealer tells her she needs a new multi function switch. She calls and I told her to just pick the car up and I'll replace it for her and save her a bit of cash. So, I just got down replacing it and it doesn't work still. Anyone have any ideas where to look next? Also, I can't seem to find a good support forum for a regal like I can for the rora!?!?! Any one know of one? Thanks!!!!

Did you check the fuse to make sure it isn't blown as well?
