Strange sound from rear suspention, what is it?

I can't find out what that sound is, any ideas? I'll try to explane as good as possible. I have a 96' Primera P10 (guess it's the same as the G20)

It's coming from the right rear suspension, and sounds like the tire is scratching something. The only time I hear the noise is if the car is level and I turn left up a hill. Then I hear it, if the car is level and I turn right up a hill, I don't hear anything. I first thought that it might be the tire size, but I can't see any places where the tire has come in contact with the car. My tiresize is 205/50-16...

I just changed the dampers, but it's still there. My dealer says that it can't be the springs either. My car has gone 84000km (thats aprx 52000miles), so they should still be good...
Could it be the bearings?

Whenever I drive with a load, it sounds even uglier.... Please help me :(
I'm desperate! and about to go insane.

Thanx all of you.

Just so your post doesn't go unheard:

You've done everything I could have recommended. Your description almost sounds like maybe your alignment is off??? Perhaps if you ever backed into a curb or something it would have knocked it just far enough out of line to make a rubbing... and even maybe depending on the angle it might only do it to the one side like you've said.

Sorry I can't be of more help. :o

The bearing on that wheel would be my next guess. If it is a little sloppy, it may cause the brake disc to catch on the pads evr so slightly.

I had a strange intermittent knock coming from my rear suspension and it turned out to be and end link on the sway bar. The link had dried out (no grease) on one end. I carefully pulled the rubber seal back and squirted grease in it till it was quiet. Mine is a 92 G20.
