Align the rotor to #1 sparkplug (about 7 o'clock) use a grease pen to mark the dist in relation to the manifold. Using a breaker bar, 6in extention, and a 17mm socket. In the center of the harmonic balancer / crank, you'll find a 17mm bolt. Attach the socket and breaker bar and turn your motor till you hit your timing mark. Just one more thing. It would help if you have someone helping you and watching the timing mark for you. :shakehead dmbrisket 51 01-25-2006, 12:48 AM roll the moter in the direction it moves (clockwise) never in reverse vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
