true it has been out of production, but did you know that Dauer bought the entire Bugatti EB110 parts, rights, and tooling? They are producing the EB110 under their name now...you can see it @ www.eb110.com which is also Dauer's new official site.

Yes, I recall the auction of the Bugatti assets. But the Dauer site says that is WILL be produced again. It does not say that it is currently being built. The only picture they have is of the Bugatti EB110.

Yeah, as far as I know Dauer hasn't produced a single EB110 yet, but plan on doing so.
