The locks on my van have a mind of there own all of the sudden, ill be driving down the road and they will go up and down by them self. Even when I turn off the van the locks will do the same thing, another weird thing is that if the lights are on when the motor is off u cant control locks by the switch, but when u turn the lights off u can?? I'm thing of 1 thing but I want a few opions thx

Sounds like you need to reboot you BCM (Body Control Module). I forget which fuse you need to pull. Search this forum.

All of this reminds me of the joke about the 4 engineers.

4 engineers were riding in a car together, when the car died, and would not restart.

The Mechanical engineer speaks first:
"I think the that the problem is no compression. We need to tear down the engine and replace the rings."

The chemical engineer speaks next:
"I think the that the problem is bad gas. We need to drain the tank and put in fresh gas."

The electrical speaks next:
"I think the that the problem is no spark. We need to replace the coil and ignition wires."

Finally the computer engineer speaks up:
"I think that we just need to all get out of the car, and get back in, then we will see if it starts:grinyes: ."

Try pulling fuse# 15 in the PDC and see if that resets the BCM.
