TCS vs. snow chainChristophe Salvain 01-19-2006, 06:10 AM Hi This week-end i'll go to ski and I wonder if the Venture TCS is efficient on snow. Do you think I need snow chain ? Christophe Salvaing Web site http://christophe.salvaing.free.fr Family, Cars (Aerostar LPG, Suburban LPG, Pacer, Roadmaster Estate Wagon ...), Kitesurfing, etc ... Glen_T 01-19-2006, 12:11 PM TCS just prevents unintended wheel spin, so I'd say that if where you are going has enough snow to warrant chains typically, then TCS won't be enough.....my 2 cents... "Traction Control system" active only when I put the gas pedal in the glove box :) Road conditions : http://kitesurfer.free.fr/PratPeyrot/DSCN1466.JPG Christophe vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
