1970 Dove-c heads on a 89 F-250 460?

Will 1970 Dove -c heads fit on my 89 f-250 EFI 460? If I do a block change am I still going to run into problems with the EFI intake manifold not matching up? PPPLLEEEAAAASSEEE HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!!!
