Infinity 10 CD Player reports "Err"

The CD player in my Infinity 10 AM/FM/CD/Cassette player started to report "Err" on the LED readout and eject the CD every time I put a CD into the player. I suspect the CD section is dead, but I went to Radio Shack anyway and bought a CD player cleaner, complete with special CD (has very tiny brushes on it) and a cleaner liquid.

Same thing... I still get "Err"... Has anyone else had this problem with their Infinity 10 CD Player and, if so, what did you do to resolve the problem?
