Circuit Breakers/Windows

The windows were lowered on my 91 PA, and now will not go back up. I suspect the circuit breaker.

Where are the circuit breakers located?

Is it possible that the drivers switch can cause all four windows to stop working?

The circuit breaker is located in the under driver side fuse box. It looks like a rectangular metal plug in.

I replaced the master switch on the drivers side. That seems to have solved the problem.
