dash lights/hazzard lights flash

i thank everbody for trying to help me with my 1998 dodge grand caravan problem, for i have fixed the problem. ill tell you one thing though do not try to get help from chrysler corp for they could not give any answers for my problem except go to the dodge dealer ,even when i told them i have already been there twice. if anyone has the same problem send me a email and maybe i can help. thanks again jayrod0123.
