Installing a Durabrand Radio

My dad's girlfriend owns a 1993 Plymouth Voager van. We bought a 50 dollar 150 watt Durabrand head unit, and we can't figure out how to hook it up. We know the - and the + from the radio, but we don't know the - and + from the car. And we can't figure out where the ground wire (black) goes to. If you could help, we would greatly approach it. Thank you.

Buy the electrical install kit, DO NOT CUT the vehicles wires. The kit will have a harness that snaps onto the vans factory harness and will have all of the wires clearly marked. You then have to attach the stereo wires to them, they will be very obvious on which wires connect together.
You will also need the dash install kit. It is a plastic frame that you put your new stereo into and then you put the whole thing into the place where the original stereo was and attach it with the factory bolt. It is a very easy install (10-15min) if you have the right installation kits. Some of the wires that go to the factory stereo are directly connected to the BCM (body control module). If you short them out or connect them to something they shouldn't be connected to, you may damage the BCM ($700 repair). If the BCM is damaged all or part of the vans electrical systems may not work, these include power windows, power locks, windshield wipers, heater A/C, instrument cluster (speedometer!) and many others.
