When I select from 2WD to AWD I get a pronounce hard clunk in the drive train. About a year ago it was in to the Ford dealer for this problem and they replaced the "Integrated Wheel End Disconnect hubs on the right and left side. It stopped the problem for about eleven months but has now started again with the clunk and a intermittent low roar in the drive train.
Has anyone else had this problem?
