99 1500 radiostanton21 01-06-2006, 03:27 AM with in 2 days the front speakers on the truck went out ,they dont work..the back works fine...Is it the radio it self or somthing else??? imtheoneandonlyD 01-06-2006, 04:10 AM im guessing you bought the truck used since you said 2 days. Did you get it from a dealer? get a warranty? I would check all the fuses and connections first. BleedDodge 01-06-2006, 10:19 PM im guessing you bought the truck used since you said 2 days. Maybe he went back in time and bought it. imtheoneandonlyD 01-07-2006, 01:55 AM Maybe he went back in time and bought it. Im jealous...i wanna be able to go back in time. Redwanr50 01-07-2006, 12:46 PM My 99 did the same. First the left went out. I installed a new Kenwood speaker and it worked for a few days then the right began crackling. So I put the other Kenwood in. Then they both began sounding pretty bad so I turned the controls to just the rear speakers. Sounded good then. I bought a replacement Dodge radio off of eBay and now it sounds good. Must be a problem in the radio itself. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
