You have the other stuff besides the turbo right?
Gaskets, injectors, lines, boost controller, fuel pump, fpr, intercooler & piping, some sort of fuel management, boost gauge, and time. And yeah...watch out for those cops!

The turbo is only one piece of the turbo charging puzzle.
Most turbo setups run $2500-$3500 plus labor to put them in and someone with the expertise to set up the boost and fuel controller is needed.
It cost more to turbo a neon than to buy one and you will never get your money back by selling it b/c there is no resale value for modified neons. Many mods are done by noobs and reduce the performance of the car or damage it beyond repair. Cold air intakes and big puddles of water come to mind. LOL
