Hey. Got a 95 monte and it seems as though my hood doesnt close all the way. When I close it, it latches and I cant open it again with releasing it from inside the car. But when Im on the highway, I can see it bobbing up and down and hearit coming upand down on the latch. Its never come completely up or unlatched while driving( that would be scary) but it worries me. I also dont have a grill. If I get one, will it close all the way? Or do I need a need hood latch? Help me out guys.

It does sound like you need a new hood latch. Also look to see in the striker bar is straight, and not bent in. If its bent in, it's probably the cause of your hood not latching properly, and if so, then try bending it out.
