Won't start 2000 express

Have a 2000 chevy express wont start have check fuel pressure and is 62 psi have checked spark and is good.checked compression checked tdc and is correct.everything i have checked say's this thing should run.pulled plugs and are fouled replaced and same result.oil smells like gas.was thinking it could be fuel injectors or fuel pressure regulator.any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.thank you.

Don't be surprised if it starts right up tomorrow. Is your Security light on or flashing? Could be your Passlock2 acting up. If it is, to reset the security put the key in and turn the switch to on. Wait ten minutes until it stops flashing and then it should start.

Hey thanks for your reply.I figured out the problem it was fuel pressure regulator replaced and started right up.already had suspected passlock but that would cut off fuel so i ruled that out.thanks for help
