Coolant Leak Around Fuel Injectors??

I have a 2000 supercharged Bonneville with about 90K miles. I have noticed a coolant leak over the course of the past few months that has been getting worse.

I looked under the hood and noticed coolant collecting in the recessed areas around all the fuel injectors.

What needs to be replaced?

Get it pressure tested and see what the source is, you have the eyes there on site, we are sort of handicapped here.
