The owners manual says there is a "right side fuse panel" under the instrument panel. It is vague about the location - but says you have to remove the "hush panel" by removing three screws along the rear edge to reveal the fuses. Does anyone know where this is?

Look under glove box area for a flat plastic cover under dash. Remove it as stated and you will find a fuse box under dash .
Also on under hood and one under rear seat.
What fuse are you looking for?

MT-2500... I have a question for ya. I have a 88 PA and the guy at AutoZone gave me this thin key thing with two things sticking out to stick into the thing by the computer and I'm suppose to count the blinking. Do you know where this thing I am trying to describe as a thing is located? He said to figure the code by the blinks then go back to the AutoZone and he would be able to tell me whats wrong with it.

I know I sound stupid, and when it comes to cars, I am. LOL I can re-wire a highrise no problem, looking for a thing on a car I can't describe.... LOST. LOL

Any help you can give would mean a lot. Thank you.

MT-2500 Thanks - I will check that location (the other two were fairly easy to find in the engine compartment and under the rear seat). I am looking for a fuse that would operate the left turn signal which is not working.

ohhmyyygod, the connector you're looking for is under the dash on the driver side, between the steering wheel and the pedals. You want to insert the prongs on that tool into terminals "A" and "B". Once you've done this, switch the ignition into the "ON" position (do not start vehicle) and watch for the check engine light to blink. I'm assuming you know how to take it from there!

The turn signal and haz/flasher is no 3 fuse 10amp in under hood box.
The under dash fuse has a 2 fuses for left and right parking lights.
If only one side not flashing check bulbs and grounds on turn signals front and rear.
And check for power getting to turn signal wire.
