1996 Dodge Caravan electrical issues

I have a 1996 plain dodge caravan. I have replaced the multiswitch for the blinkers, all fuses are good, and I believe the flasher relay is good (hazards work). What else is there?

The a/c blower motor quit working so I replaced the relay on the firewall. It still doesn't work unless I short it out (press tab to contact) on the relay.

The rear window wiper, washer no longer work.

Abs and Airbag light are on.

All this happened at one time.

All fuses and relays are good does anyone have any suggestions PLEASE.

I thought I heard a fuse blow right before it all stopped working but am unable to locate. Are there any fusible links that could have gone out and if so where are they located?

Definitely check whether or not your clockspring has been replaced under recall. For that matter, you might ask a dealer to check for ALL recalls on your vehicle and get this stuff fixed first. There are several items on your list (like the always-on airbag light) that could be resolved by taking your '96 GC to a dealer for FREE repairs... good luck.
