We have a 97 Jeep Cheerokee with power lock problems. The locks are enguaged continuously, even when the vehicle is off, i.e. no key in the car. This will continue until the battery is dead. Any ideas?

Possibly a stuck lock relay, or bad switch. Try wiggling each switch to see if one doesn't feel right, or affects the locks. Could also be a body controller if equipped...
